The Plaintiff in the above-mentioned matter respectfully requests the Court to compel the
Defendants, Michael and Judy Peschel to provide requested production and to pay for the expert witnesses
they deposed for the following reasons:

I. On June 6, 2014 the Plaintiffin the above-mentioned matter filed Request for Interrogatories
and Production on the Defendants, Michael and Judy Peschel. The Plaintiff asked for production relating to
all bills of the property know as 140 Millerton Road, Lakeville, Connecticut. To date the Defendants,
