cognitive testing conducted on or about 6/27/2016. In particular Dr. Delaney will opine as to the
relationship between the claims of cognitive impairment and disability and the residual effects if
any of the subject motor vehicle accident.
Substance of the Facts and Opinions:
Dr. Delaney will testify that that the testing results are incompatible with the allegations of the
Plaintiff, do not show any permanent brain injury and suggest a lack of participational effort
suggesting malingering. These opinions and other are incorporated into the report of Dr. Delaney
dated 6/29/2016 and attached to this Disclosure.
