The “Motion for Dismissal” before the court is based on the single premise the Plaintif?
Appeal has.been submitted five months after Probate Judge Anthony's adjudication ei
2018 and the 45-day time to appeal a probate adjudication has expired. ™

This matter of Panigutti, Raymond v the Probate Court and then Louis Panigutti added as an additional
defendant is not based on any merit of a claim against the Probate Court adjudication but is a “Misuse
of Court Process”, in the very least, for retaliatory and revengeful vexatious litigation as evidenced by
the Plaintiffs own communications. See Answers and Evidence to Complaint submitted November 25,
2019.
