                                    PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR CONTINUING
                                   JUDGMENT OF GARNISHMENT FOR WAGES


                      Plaintiff, Campus USA Credit Union, by and through its undersigned counsel, and

           pursuant to Section 77.0305, Florida Statutes, moves this Honorable Court for issuance of

           a Continuing Judgment of Wage Garnishment, and as grounds therefore alleges as

           follows:


                      1. That pursuant to that Final Judgment that the plaintiff previously recovered

           against the defendant in this cause, a Continuing Writ of Garnishment has now been
           issued and served upon the Garnishee.      The said Garnishee has now responded to the

           Writ, indicating therein that the defendant, Emily A. Madden, is, in fact, employed by

           said Garnishee.

2. That the defendant filed a Claim of Exemption and a hearing was held on
 December 12, 2016. The defendant’s Claim of Exemption was denied at said hearing and

 an Order stating as such was entered on December 13, 2016.


           3. That it is appropriate for this Honorable Court to issue a Continuing Judgment

 in Garnishment in this cause.


           WHEREFORE, Plaintiff moves this Honorable Court to issue a Continuing

Judgment of Garnishment in this cause.
