MOTION TO CORRECT

Plaintiff moves herewith to correct the text of Paragraph 46h of the Second Amended
Complaint (Entry # ) to insert the following sentence: “We'll have you arrested!” so that
the entire paragraph reads as follows:

h. On April 26, 2021, Carmody and Gibbon{s] pursued several of plaintiff's goats
grazing along the stone wall separating their property from plaintiff's property by
blowing an air-horn loudly in their direction, causing the goats to panic and flee
from the stone wall; thereupon, Carmody and Gibbons] extended the middle
fingers of their hands upright at plaintiff who was standing nearby with a camera
and they screamed repeatedly at her: “Fuck you! We'll have you arrested!”

The sentence “We'll have you arrested!” was inadvertently omitted from the Second
Amended Complaint.

The paragraph is taken from the complaint Plaintiff filed with the Redding Police
Department on September 30, 2020 (See Second Amended Complaint at Paragraph
46i.), Case Ex. 9 filed on November 7, 2021, page 14. A copy is attached hereto.

Dear Police Chief O'Donnell:

| file herewith a complaint seeking the arrest and prosecution of Dennis Gibbon and
Elinore Carmody, both of 143 Cross Highway, Redding, Connecticut, for willful
harassment and disorderly conduct which occurred on April 26, 2020.

On such date, said Gibbon pursued certain of my goats onto my property with an air
horn, panicking them. | was standing in my backyard. Once on my property, he raised
his left arm with middle finger of his left hand extended upright and repeatedly
screamed at me while on my property without my permission in a loud voice: “Fuck
you!” Simultaneously, Elinor Carmody appeared in her backyard and also raised an

arm, extending the middle finger of her hand upward and screamed repeatedly: “Fuck
you! We'll have you arrested!”

I photographed the incident.
