Pruszko, the Plaintiff does not know the names of the occupants. The Defendants right or privilege to occupy the premises has terminated. Notice regarding Defendant's possible rights under the Federal Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act of 2009 and Conn. Gen. Stat. §49-31p was not sent to the Defendants because all of the occupants are either the former owner; the former owner’s parent, child, or spouse; or they are not a bona fide tenant and therefore are specifically excluded from protection under said act and statute.
