ORDER: GRANTED
The court finds that the defendant is not in the military or naval service of the United States. Judgment
shall enter in favor of the plaintiff as follows: Damages in the amount of $15,329.28 plus costs in the
amount of $400.60. In the exercise of its discretion the court has determined that the interests of justice
do not require an award of prejudgment or postjudgment interest. The judgment shall be paid at the rate
of $35 per week commencing three weeks after the date notice of judgment is sent to the defendant.
