Pursuant to Practice Book Section 17-4, the plaintiff, U.S. Bank N.A., (the “Plaintiff’),
hereby moves to open and vacate the judgment of strict foreclosure entered on September 18,
2018 (Bellis, J.) (Doc. 133.00).
This motion is necessary so the Plaintiff may cite in an additional defendant, Mortgage
Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (“MERS”) as nominee for Bravo Credit Corporation.
MERS holds a mortgage on the property being foreclosed upon in this action, however, upon
information and belief, this mortgage was paid in full but not released.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff requests that the Court enter an order opening and vacating
