WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff, Bank of America, N.A. (“BOA”), has filed a Declaratory
Judgment Complaint/Petition for Discharge of Mortgage and Motion for Declaratory Judgment
seeking an Order by this Court, pursuant to C.G.S.A. § 52-29, et seq., and at common law,
discharging a certain mortgage which has been paid to the Plaintiff in full as servicer under a
pooling service agreement; and

WHEREAS, after review and consideration, the Court finds that the discharge of the
mortgage shall enter.
NOW THEREFORE, it shall be ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED THAT:

1 The requirements of C.G.S.A. § 52-29 and Practice Book § 17-55 have been satisfied.
2. This Order is made for the purpose of releasing the following mortgage:
Mortgage from Todd M. Snowden and Keri B. Snowden to Metro Mortgage Corp., the
Original Mortgagee, which mortgage is dated January 26, 2005, recorded on February 1,
2005 at Book 291 at Page 1142 on the land records at the Litchfield Town Clerk’s Office
(the “Subject Mortgage”).
The SubjectMortgage is hereby ordered, adjudged, and decreed: DISCHARGED.
