MR. BUCHHOLZ: I believe we reached an
agreement regarding the issues of the three defendants,
Zigrossi & Murphy, L.L.C., Chris Zigrossi and Scott Murphy.
What I would like to do is announce it into the record and
have the parties verify that this is their agreement and Mr.
Thweatt and I will work on the final documents.
