                  THIS MATTER having come before the Court upon Plaintiff's Motion for Leave of Court to File an
        Amended Complaint and the Court having reviewed the motion, being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
        it is hereby:

                  ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:


                  That Plaintiff's Motion for Leave of Court to File an Amended Complaint is hereby GRANTED.
                  That the Amended Complaint shall be deemed filed as of the date of this Order.
                  That the Defendants who were previously defaulted in this action remain defaulted.
                  That the previously named Defendant(s) who filed an Answer shall have 30 days from the date of this
                  Order within which to file and serve a response(s) to the Amended Complaint.                  In the absence of a
                  timely response, Plaintiff may move to judicially default such Defendant(s).
                  The Clerk is hereby directed to issue summons for any newly added party defendants.
                  Any prior Notice of Trial or Order Setting Trial which may have been entered in this case is hereby
                  stricken, as the case is no longer at issue.
