Dear Members of the Zoning Commission:

| write to advise you of my submission today of a revised Land
Management Plan (“LMP”) (attached) in accordance with the
Zoning Regulations Section 5.14.3. | request that you waive the
filing fee insofar as this is a revised application and the fee has
previously been paid.

The present LMP incorporates by reference all statements,
representations and submissions with regard to the initial LMP
dated October 20, 2017, with the exception of revisions set forth
herein, as follows:

1. As.J.am_putting my property on-the market for sale. shortly,
the name “Redding Goat Sanctuary” will no-longer be
applicable.

2. This revised application seeks approval to maintain-more
than niné-(9) goats on the propéfty as | continue efforts to
locate good homes for ail but nine goats as: |:prepare ta
transition ta a new location. Since filing the initial LMP, |
have been able to find good homes for 25 goats.3. The goats will be confined to the property by appropriate
fencing.
4. Composting areas are as designated in blue on the
attached aerial photo.
5. The fivé shelters designated in red on the attached aerial
photo will be upgraded as needed.
. No chemicals or pesticides will be applied onsite.
. Gasoline for lawn care is stored in an approved container,
. No nighttime artificial lighting will be utilized.
. No chickens, roosters, horses, mules, cattle, sheep, or other
animals will reside on the property although they are
allowed.
