Defendant The Mizell Group, LLC d/b/a Tegan Digital’s (“Defendant”) (collectively the
Parties”) Joint Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice in the above-styled and numbered cause,
seeking dismissal with prejudice of all claims and causes of action asserted by Plaintiffs against
Defendant in the above-styled and numbered cause. The Court having considered same is of the
opinion that the Joint Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice should be granted. It is therefore:
ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that all claims and causes of action asserted
by Plaintiffs against Defendant in the above-styled and numbered cause are hereby dismissed
