18                   The motion of defendant ENLOE MEDICAL CENTER for a temporary stay of
19           enforcement of money judgment having been scheduled for hearing on August 18, 2021,
20           and the court having issued the following tentative ruling:
21                            Defendant Enloe Medical Center's Motion for Temporary Stay
                              of Enforcement of Money Judgment is granted.

                              Plaintiff shall prepare and submit a form of Judgment within
23                            two weeks, which the Court shall execute upon receipt.
                              Thereafter, the enforcement of that Judgment shall be stayed
24                            until ten days after the last date on which a notice of appeal
                              may be filed. Defendant shall submit and prepare a form of
25                            order consistent with this ruling within two weeks.
26                   And there being no appearances by counsel, the matter was deemed submitted,
27           and the court issued a minute order adopting the tentative ruling.
