MOTION FOR ORDER OF COMPLIANCE
The Defendants move the Court for an order compelling the Plaintiff, JANE DOE PPA
JOHN DOE, to fully comply with the Defendants’ Non-Standard Requests for Production dated
September 21, 2020 (#135.00). Initially, Plaintiff filed an extension to respond by January 4, 2021
(#138.00); which was GRANTED (#138.10). However, to date, the time within which to comply
has now elapsed and the Plaintiff has failed to comply with said requests.
WHEREFORE, the Defendants request this Court to rule the following relief:
1. Enter an order requiring the Plaintiff to adequately respond to said requests;
2. Order a date certain by which Plaintiff must fully respond, or else become exposed to
Nonsuit; and
3. Order any and all further relief that the court may deem necessary.
