At a Special Term of the Supreme Court held in and for the County of Onondaga at the Court House in Syracuse, New York on the 24th day of September, 2019. PRESENT: HON. Donald A. Greenwood, Justice SUPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK COUNTY OF ONONDAGA GEORGE LONGTIN and TIA RUBADEAU, Order Plaintiff, Index No: 004515/2017 v. RJI No.: 33-18-1315 Judge: Greenwood LYNNE BARBARA BECHER, as Executor of the ESTATE OF RICHARD THOMAS BECHER, Defendant. The defendant, Estate of Richard Becher, having moved for an order enforcing the settlement between the parties, releasing the defendant and dismissing the plaintiff's complaint, NOW, upon reading and filing the Notice of Motion dated August 22, 2019, and the affidavit of Keith D. Miller, sworn to the 22nd day of August, 2019, together with proof of due service, and there being no opposition to the motion, and after hearing Keith D. Miller, Esq., in support of the motion and there being no opposition to the motion and after due deliberation thereon, NOW on motion of the Law Office of Keith D. Miller, attorneys for defendant, itis ORDERED, that the court hereby approves and directs that this action be settled for the amount of $30,000.00, and itis further ORDERED, that the plaintiff's complaint is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
