1. Admit that on April 10, 2021, Defendant EDUARDO R. ALMEIDA, owned a 2015
Ford operated by Defendant, FABRICIO RUBIO ALMEIDA.
2. Admit that on April 10, 2021, Defendant, EDUARDO R. ALMEIDA, granted
permission for Defendant, FABRICIO RUBIO ALMEIDA, to operate the 2015 Ford.
3. Admit that Defendants had no other auto insurance policy to provide bodily injury
coverage for this incident other than Policy No. AOS25865194840 issued by Liberty Mutual
Insurance Company, with policy limits of $25,000 each person and $50,000 for each accident.
4. Admit that Defendant had no umbrella or excess insurance policy for this incident.
