sexual conduct with another, who was not the spouse of the offender, when the offender knew the other
person was thirteen years of age or older but ess than sixteen years of age, or the offender was reckless
in that regard, and further the offender was ten or more years older than the other person; contrary to the
form of the statute (in violation of Section 2907.04(A) of the Ohio Revised Code) in such case made and
provided, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.
