ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION TO COMPEL

“Plaintiffs’ Motion to Compel” (the ‘Motion”) filed by Preston and Madeline
Middleton (the “P1aintiffs”) in this cause.
The Court, having considered the Motion, evidence presented, the
argument of counsel, relevant legal authorities, the pleadings in this matter,
and having reviewed the relevant materials, finds that the Motion is
meritorious and should be GRANTED.
It is hereby ORDERED that Defendant Simpson Property Group LP’s
objections to Madeline Middleton’s Request for Production No. 4 are
overruled and Defendant Simpson Property Group LP is ordered to produce
the responsive documents Within five days from the date of this Order.

It is further ORDERED that Defendant Simpson Property Group LP’s
objections to Preston Middleton’s Request for Production Nos. 4, 6, 12 and 13
are overruled and Defendant Simpson Property Group LP is ordered to
produce responsive documents to the requests within five days from the date
of this Order.
It is further ORDERED that Defendant Simpson Property Group LP’s
objections to Preston Middleton’s Interrogatory Nos. 4 and 8 are overruled
and Simpson Property Group LP is ordered to provide complete responses to
these interrogatories within five days from the date of this Order.
It is further ORDERED that Defendant USCMF Stoneledge LLC’s
objections to Preston Middleton’s Interrogatory No. 8 is overruled and
USCMF Stoneledge LLC is ordered to provide a complete response to this
interrogatory Within five days from the date of this Order.
It is further ORDERED that Defendants are required to provide
verifications to the interrogatories.
It is further ORDERED that Defendants, jointly and severally, are
required to pay to Plaintiffs, through their counsel, Khirallah PLLC, the sum
of $2160.00 Within five days from the date of this Order.
