ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR NEW TRIAL
On this day, the Court considered the Motion for New Trial filed by Zephyr Oil
& Gas Funding Co. LLC and Zephyr Acquisition Holdings LLC on March 17, 2021 (the
“Motion”). After considering the Motion and any opposition thereto, the Court finds
that Zephyr Oil & Gas Funding Co. LLC and Zephyr Acquisition Holdings LLC are
entitled to a New Trial.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the relief sought in the Motion is Granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Final Judgment rendered by this Court
on February 15, 2021 is vacated in its entirety and it has no force or effect.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a Docket Control Order scheduling the case
for trial will issue.
