provisions of Texas Family Code § 2.401(a)(2).
Petitioner, AURORA ORTEGA, admits in her own pleadings that REBECCA
ENGLAND and ARMANDO ORTEGA were a married couple under the common-law.
REBECCA ENGLAND prays that the Court take judicial notice of the law of state and
find that REBECCA ENGLAND and ARMANDO ORTEGA were married under the law of the
State of Texas.
