The parties in the above-entitled action, Nicole C. Clark and Tyler J. Clark, state
that we were married in New Bedford, Massachusetts on October 4, 2008.
It is our belief that because of a lack of communication, incompatibility, and
divergent lifestyles the marriage is beyond repair and is irretrievably broken. We have
entered into a Separation Agreement freely and voluntarily, and which we believe is fair
and reasonable.
