ALLEN GOLDBERG, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the Judgment Debtor
herein after referred to as "Debtor".
1. Debtor resides within the County of Richmond, at 391 Barlow Avenue, Staten Island, New
York 10308.
2. Debtor hereby confesses judgment herein and consents and authorizes Valerie J.Camacho,
Esq. to enter judgment against him in the Office of the County Clerk, Richmond County, Staten
Island, New York.
3. The confession of judgment is for a sum of $55,000.00 plus 9% interest, compounded
monthly, commencing May 11, 2016.
4. This Affidavit of Confession of Judgment is fora debt justly due to Valerie J. Camacho,
Esq. (the Creditor) arising from the following facts: The sum due represents the Debtor's
obligations for the legal fees incurred by his former spouse, Donna Goldberg in their action for
divorce. The Debtor agreed to pay the sum due pursuant to the Stipulation of Settlement dated
May 11, 2016 and the Judgment of Divorce entered December 20, 2018 in the matter of Goldberg
v. Goldberg in the Supreme Court Richmond County, Index #50898/2010.
5. The entire sum of $55,000.00 plus 9% interest,compounded monthly, commencing May
11, 2016 remains due and payable.
6. Interest at 9% compounded monthly, costs and disbursements shall be calcülated
from May 11, 2016.
7. This confession of judgmeñt is not for the purpose of securing the Creditor against a
contingent liability.
8. ifmade in connection with an agreement for the purchase for
less of any commodities or a than a com s use upon any plan of
deferred payments where ispaya ore installments, was executed
