IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that an Amended Temporary Injunction be issued, which prohibits Defendants from (1) engaging in the business of call tracking or call monitoring services, or audio text services; (2) offering telephony or software products or services to new or used automotive dealerships and healthcare entities (including veterinarians); (3) soliciting Plaintiff’s clients; or (4) utilizing Plaintiff’s trade secret information, excluding the use of any general knowledge, skill,or experience Defendant Wakefield obtained during his employment with Plaintiff. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that bond for the Temporary Injunction be set in the amount of $500.00. ORDER PAGE 1 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff’ s counsel is directed to prepare and file a proposed Amended Temporary Injunction with the prohibitions outlined herein and that otherwise complies with the requirements of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
