Now comes the Massachusetts Department of Revenue Child Support Enforcement Division (DOR) on
behalf of Plaintiff, Cliffith Lorraine Tucker, and requests that this Honorable Court order that the Plaintiff's
address, telephone number, social security number, and work information be impounded. In support of this
motion, DOR states that the Plaintiff fears that she and/or her children may suffer physical and/or emotional
harm if the Defendant learns of her whereabouts.
As further grounds for this motion, DOR has attached the Plaintiff's affidavit.
Wherefore, DOR respectfully requests that this Court impound the Plaintiff's address, telephone, social
security number, and work information.
