Now comes the Petitioner, Cooley Dickinson Hospital, and respectfully requests that this Court
enter a short order of notice of the hearing on its Verified Motion for Appointment of Temporary
Guardian of Steffanie Richards.
As reason therefore, counsel states that the expeditious appointment of a Guardian will help to
mitigate potential harm to the Respondent.
In support of this Motion, the Petitioner directs the Court to Affidavit of Milena Y. Ponomareva,
Esq. and to the Medical Certificate, enclosed herewith.
WHEREFORE, the Petitioner moves that this Court allow this Motion, accordingly.
