This cause came on to be heard on the return of the Sheriff of
this County, for the sale of the real estate on October 1, 2010, for
$40,000.00, to the plaintiff, U.S. Bank National Association, as
Trustee for the Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Loan
Trust, 2006- NCl (hereinafter "grantee"); and the Court finding that
the sale was made in conformity to the law and orders of this Court,
hereby orders the sale in these proceedings approved and confirmed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Sheriff convey to the said U.S.
Bank National Association, as Trustee for the Structured Asset
Securities Corporation Mortgage Loan Trust, 2006- NC1, whose address is
3476 Stateview Boulevard, Fort Mill, SC 29715 Mac# 7801-013, a deed for
the lands and tenements described in Exhibit 'A' attached hereto andmade a part of.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the grantee is subrogated to all the
rights of the mortgagee and lien holders in the real estate to the
extent necessary for the protection of its title, and a writ of
possession is hereby awarded to put it in possession of the real
estate.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk cause a release (or certified
copy of this entry) to be filed for record to discharge of record the
following liens as they relate to the real estate herein:
A. Mortgage to New Century Mortgage Corporation from Wesley A.
Quinn filed for record on April 7, 2006 in Instrument No. 06-030777
and assigned to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the
Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Loan Trust, 2006-
NC1 in Instrument No. 08-007175, of said County Recorder's Office.
B. Mortgage to Mortgage Resource Group, Inc. from Vivian J.
Fisher, on 09/27/00, in Book 00-4047, page D02, and assigned to
Chase Mortgage Company in Instrument No. 02-010575, of said County
Recorder's Records.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Sheriff pay from the sale price the
following claims in the order of their stated priority:
First. To the Clerk of this Court, the net final court costs
of zero. (Total costs are $1,933.00 and total deposits are
$2,007.00). The Clerk shall issue a refund.
Second. Payable to the Sheriff of this County, the sum of
$125.00 for preparation of Sheriff's Deed.
Third. Payable to the Treasurer of this County, the taxes and
assessments legally assessed against the real estate and due and
payable as of the date of Sheriff's Sale under Parcel No. H33-3-6-
10, in the amount of zero, inclusive of penalties.
Fourth. Payable to the Recorder of this County, the sum of
$36.00, for recording fees.
Fifth. Payable to the Auditor of this County, the sum of
$120.50, for transfer tax and conveyance fees.
Sixth. Payable to the plaintiff, U.S. Bank National
Association, as Trustee for the Structured Asset Securities
Corporation Mortgage Loan Trust, 2006- NC1, the balance of said
proceeds of sale, in partial satisfaction of its judgment herein,
being the sum of $39,718.50.Prior Deed Reference: Instrument No. 06-030776
Judgment amount: $79,542.14; interest rate: 6.8750 and interest due
date: December 1, 2006
