TEMPORARY ORDERS WITHOUT
ORAL HEARING
Now comes Plaintiff, by and through her counsel, in the matter herein and
moves the Court for a temporary order, pursuant to Civ. R. 75N, to be designated the
temporary residential parent and legal custodian of the parties’ minor child, for
supervised visitation for Defendant at Plaintiff's direction, for an order requiring
Defendant to pay spousal support and for an order requiring Defendant to pay child
support. There is one minor child bom the issue of the parties’, namely Leo C. Lucas,
III, born August 14, 2001. The parties currently reside separate and apart. The reason’ssupporting Plaintiff's requests are fully set forth in Plaintiff's Affidavit in Support, filed
contemporaneously herewith and incorporated herein as if fully rewritten.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff moves this court for an order designating her the
temporary residential parent and legal custodian of the parties’ minor child; for an order
that Defendant have supervised parenting time with the minor child as directed by
Plaintiff; for an order requiring Defendant to pay $1,000.00 in spousal support; for an
order requiring Defendant to pay $450.00 per month in child support and $93.67 per
month in cash medical support; for an order awarding Plaintiff additional relief as
specifically requested in her Affidavit in support; and for any and all other relief as may
be equitable and proper.
