IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that in the event counsel appointed herein files a Notice of Appeal and desires to continue to serve as counsel for the defendant on appeal, then counsel shall not be required to seek further appointment from this Court or the Court of Appeals. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that in the event counsel appointed herein files a Notice of Appeal, but does not desire to serve as counsel on appeal, then counsel shall file a Motion to Withdraw as counsel with the Court of Appeals. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that in the event Plaintiff, State of Ohio, files a Notice of Appeal with the Court of Appeals from a final appealable order issued by this Court which is adverse to the interest of the plaintiff, counsel appointed herein may continue as counsel for defendant on appeal without further appointment by this Court. However, in the event counsel for the defendant does not wish to continue as counsel for defendant in this circumstance, counsel shall file a Motion to Withdraw as counsel for defendant with the Court of Appeals. IT IS FURTHER Ordered that the Clerk of Courts docket this entry in each case. So ordered
