doses but less than 100 unit doses)(F3); Obstructing Official Business (F5); Falsification (public official)(M1).

THEREFORE, it is ORDERED that a CAPIAS be issued to the Sheriff of Montgomery County, Ohio, for the
apprehension of the said defendant FORTHWITH. BOND IS HEREBY SET AT $ NO BOND.
