COUNT 3: OBSTRUCTING OFFICIAL BUSINESS F5;
COUNT 4: FALSIFICATION (public official) F5;
COUNT 5: POSSESSION OF HEROIN (>50 unit doses <100 unit doses) F3;
COUNT 6: POSSESSION OF COCAINE (<5 grams-other than crack).
An Appeal Bond was set and posted in this case. The Court of Appeals rendered a
decision in this matter that AFFIRMED the Trial Court on JUNE 6, 2013. The defendant
was to report to this Court for further action on JUNE 26, 2013.
Defendant was taken into custody JUNE 26, 2013 to begin serving sentence
imposed on July 10, 2012.
It is THEREFORE THE JUDGMENT OF THIS COURT that the sentence
previously imposed on July 10, 2012 be reimposed and defendant be transported to the
Corrections Reception Center for execution of sentence.
Capias warrant is hereby ORDERED withdrawn and bond is ordered released.PAGE: 2
