PETITION TO WITHDRAW AS COURT-APPOINTED COUNSEL

COMES NOW Diamond R. Litty, Public Defender for the Nineteenth Judicial
Circuit of the State of Florida, by and through her undersigned Assistant, and
respectfully petitions this Honorable Court for an Order relieving her and the Office of
the Public Defender from further representation in this case, and as grounds therefore

would state as follows:

1. That the defendant herein was declared indigent and is presently represented

by the Office of the Public Defender.

2. That the defendant has retained private counsel, Adrienne M. Bucchi,

Esquire, for representation in the above-styled cause.
