This case came before the Court for a Status Conference on Tuesday, August 5,
2008 at 11:00 A.M. Jury Trial scheduled for August 12, 2008 is VACATED. Plaintiffs
currently are Pro Se, however, they advised that they intend to retain new counsel.
Plaintiff's counsel, if and when retained, shall file the appropriate Notice of Appearance.
Defendant’s counsel advised that Plaintiffs have failed to comply with Discovery
Request. Plaintiffs and/or their Counsel shall complete ail Discovery in this matter
before December 1, 2008 Hearing. This case is hereby scheduled for a Status
Conference, the same to come before this Court on Monday, December 1, 2008 at
9:00 A.M. All parties and persons with settlement authority must be
present.
