This cause came on to be heard upon the Plaintiff and Defendant's Affidavit(s) of Income
Expenses and Financial Disclosure filed relative to temporary monetary allowances. The court
finds that there is insufficient basis for the awarding of temporary spousal support and/or making
an order of temporary child support herein.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that there will be no award of temporary custody made at
this time.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that both parties are ordered to immediately notify the Court
and the opposing party or attorney, of any change of employment status or change of
circumstances that might affect support rights and obligations. Support may be modified to the
date of the change of circumstances, whether or not timely notice is provided as ordered.
