                       of the  Estate  of Mary    L.  Baker’s   Complaint,    plaintiff shall  be  compelled    to provide   answers   to

                       Interrogatories,   Supplemental     Interrogatories   and  a  response   to  a Notice   to Produce    and  validlz

                                ORDERED that         in the alternative  to  dismissing Plaintiff;   Wanda Baker as Administrator

                       of the Estate of Mary L.     Baker’s   Complaint, plaintiff shall appear for her deposition on Thursday,

                       February    20,  2020   at 10:00AM,      at the  office  of Roy   Konray,    Esq.,  Tobin   Kessler   Greenstein

                       Caruso   Wiener    &  Konray,    136  Central   Aye,  3td  floor,  Clark,  NJ  07066   or  within  fourteen   days

                       thereafter; and it is further

                                ORDERED         that should plaintiff fail to   appear for compelled      deposition at the   date, time

                       and   place   contained    within   this  order,  defendant     reserves   the  right  to  file  further  motion

                       dismissing plaintiff’s   Complaint;    and it is further

                                ORDERED         that the within   Order   shall be  deemed    automatically    served  upon   all parties

                       simultaneously with its online posting in E-Courts in accordance with Rule              1:5-1(a).
