PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR INTERPLEADER OF FUNDS

This matter comes before the Court upon the Defendants’ Motions to Reconsider the
Court’s May 31, 2013 Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion for Interpleader of Funds for an Order
Denying the Plaintiff's Motion for Interpleader of Funds filed June 5, 2013. The Court has
preliminarily reviewed that filing and has found that additional briefing of the Plaintiff’s Motion
for Interpleader of Funds is warranted. It appears that Plaintiff and its claims may be sufficiently
protected and secured through the bonds posted during the briefing process. Therefore, until
further Order of the Court, the Court’s May 31, 2013, Order Granting Motion for Interpleader of
Funds is hereby STAYED. It appears that Whitehall City Schools has not yet deposited funds
with the Clerk of Court pursuant to the May 31 Order. Whitehall is not required to do so until
further Order of this Court. The parties shall brief all pending motions pursuant to the Court’s
standard briefing schedule in Loc. R. 21.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
