COME NOW Plaintiffs Krystal N. Gibson, De’Royce D. Washington, and Terion D.
Muse (collectively “Plaintiffs”) and Defendants Javier Garcia and Hanson Pipe & Precast LLC
(collectively “Defendants”), and file this, their Agreed Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice, and in

support thereof would show the Court the following:

Ie On or about September 12, 2014, Plaintiffs filed this lawsuit and asserted claims
against Defendants.
2. Plaintiffs and Defendants have reached a settlement of all of Plaintiffs’ claims that

have been asserted or could have been asserted by or through Plaintiffs against Defendants in
