This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order
filed January 19, 2016. Defendants filed a Memorandum in Opposition on January 27, 2016.
Plaintiff's filed a Reply to Defendants’ Response to Plaintiffs Motion for Emergency Relief on
February 1, 2016. Upon review and consideration, the Court finds that Plaintiff has failed to
establish that a temporary restraining order is appropriate at this time. Accordingly, the Motion
for Temporary Restraining Order is DENIED
Plaintiff's request for a preliminary injunction will be heard by the Court on April 5, 2016
at 10:00 a.m
