MOTION TO TERMINATE COUNSEL
Pursuant to Local Rule 18, the undersigned moves to terminate Assistant Attorney
General Zoe A. Saadey as counsel for Defendants, the State of Ohio and Ohio Department of
Rehabilitation and Correction. Ms. Saadey has transferred to the Education Section of the Office
of the Ohio Attorney General and is no longer able to appear as counsel of record on behalf of
the defendant governmental parties in this matter.
Assistant Attorneys General Charles Wille and Charles Schneider will remain as counsel
for Defendants in this case. Notice has been given to the clients, who are aware of all orders and
upcoming assignment dates affecting the clients. Mr. Wille and Mr. Schneider request that the
Court grant this motion, and further request that all future pleadings and correspondence be
directed to them.
