This matter came before the Court on Defendants STVT-AAI Education, Inc. (“Ancora”)
and Ancora Intermediate Holdings, LLC’s (“Ancora Holdings”) (collectively, the “Ancora
Defendants”) Motion To Stay Discovery Pending Resolution Of Motion To Dismiss (“Motion”).
Based on agreement of the undersigned parties and for good cause shown, the Court GRANTS
the Motion for a temporary stay of discovery. Pursuant to Civil Rule 26(C), all discovery in this
matter is stayed until Friday, September 7, 2018, or further order of this Court. In the event that
the Court denies the Ancora Defendants’ pending motion to dismiss for lack of personal
jurisdiction before September 7, 2018, this Order will be dissolved as of the date of that decision
In the event that a named defendant other than the Ancora Defendants appears and moves or pleads
to Plaintiff's complaint, Plaintiff may move to modify or dissolve this Order.
