Notice is hereby given that Plaintiff Ed Map, Inc. hereby appeals to the Court of Appeals,
Tenth Appellate District of Franklin County, Ohio, from the Decision and Entry of the Franklin
County Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division, entered on August 22, 2018 (“Decision”).
Pursuant to App.R. 4(A)(2) and App.R. 4(C), this appeal may be premature pending the
resolution of Plaintiff Ed Map, Inc.’s September 19, 2018 Motion for Reconsideration of the
Decision, or in the Alternative, to Amend the Decision Nunc Pro Tunc to Include Civil Rule
54(B) language. Pursuant to App.R. 3(E), the clerk of this court shall service notice of the filing
of this notice of appeal and the accompanying docketing statement to the below counsel and to
