Now come the parties, by and through their respective counsel, and hereby
stipulate and agree that the above-referenced matter has been settled and
dismissed according to the following terms and conditions as set forth below.
In the event funds from the settlement of the Estate’s claims against
Camelot Arms Care Center are received by the Estate, after deduction of all
priority expenses (including, Medicare lien payment, attorney’s fees and
expenses, and case administration costs) the parties agree that the remaining
balance of funds coming into the Estate from the aforesaid settlement shall be
distributed equally between Plaintiff and Defendant (50% each) up to Plaintiff's
receipt of $16,920.00. Any amounts coming into the Estate in excess thereof
shall be left solely for the Estate.
