Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($1,250,000.00) without prejudice and including costs.
IF THIS OFFER is not accepted on or prior to the 10th day before the actual trial date, or
daily or weekly call (whichever is earliest) or within 90 days of its service, which period first expires,
it shall be deemed withdrawn. Further, if the offer is not accepted, Plaintiffs reserve all rights set
forth in R. 4:58-2.
