On or about December 18, 2018, the defendant, Richard Lecuyer, was operating a 2012 Ford
      F-150 bearing Massachusetts registration number P84445, a vehicle owned by the defendant,
      D&T Pest and Termite Control, Inc., and was also travelling north on Route 495, near Exit
      13 close to the Route 95 north onramp in Mansfield, Bristol County, MA, in the same lane,
      directly behind the plaintiff.
