                           LET CAUSE BE SHOWN before this court, at Part ____ of the Supreme Court of the State of

                    New York, County of Onondaga, at the Courthouse located at 401 Montgomery Street, Syracuse NY

                •   Permitting Plaintiff to proceed in this action under the pseudonym “R.C.”, and the caption “R.C. v.

                    ROMAN CATHOLIC DIOCESE OF SYRACUSE, THE FRANCISCAN FRIARS CONVENTUAL

                    OF OUR LADY OF THE ANGELS PROVINCE and ASSUMPTION CHURCH”;

                •   Directing the parties, their attorneys, and agents to refrain from publishing Plaintiff’s true identity;

                •   Directing that all papers filed in this action, and all judgments, orders, decisions, notices to the Court

                    and any other document relating to the action refer to Plaintiff by the pseudonym “R.C.”, and bear the

                    caption “R.C. v. ROMAN CATHOLIC DIOCESE OF SYRACUSE, THE FRANCISCAN FRIARS
                    CONVENTUAL OF OUR LADY OF THE ANGELS PROVINCE and ASSUMPTION CHURCH”

                    and  directing   the  County    Clerk  to  enter  and  record   all papers   in the  action  under   the  title“R.C.   v.

                    ROMAN CATHOLIC DIOCESE OF SYRACUSE, THE FRANCISCAN FRIARS CONVENTUAL

                    OF OUR LADY OF THE ANGELS PROVINCE and ASSUMPTION CHURCH” and

                 •  Granting such other relief as the court may deem just and proper.

                           ORDERED,        that  the County    Clerk   maintain    the caption   of  the  above-entitled    proceeding    for

                    plaintiff under the pseudonym “R.C.”, pursuant to N.Y. Civ. Rights 50-b, which affords sex assault

                    victims the right to privacy pending a hearing on this motion.

                           ORDERED, that service of a copy of this order on DEFENDANT by overnight service, together

                    with the papers upon which it is granted, on or before the _________ day of ___________________,

                    20_____, be deemed good and sufficient service.
