NOW COMES Cross-Defendant, American Contractors Indemnity Company (“ACIC”),
by and through its attorneys Alber Crafton PSC, and for its Answer to University of Akron’s
Crossclaim, states as follows:
First Defense
1. As to the allegations contained in Paragraph 6, Cross-Defendant ACIC admits that
it issued the Bond as alleged. In response to the remaining allegations, ACIC denies the
allegations on the basis that it lacks sufficient information or belief to admit or deny the
