This matter comes before the Court on Defendant Gibson Machinery LLC’s (“Gibson”)
motion for default judgment on its cross-claim against Quality Asbestos & Demolition Services,
LLC (“Quality Asbestos”). Service was perfected on Quality Asbestos on August 16, 2011. As
of this date, Quality Asbestos has not answered or otherwise defended itself in this matter.
Therefore, Gibson’s motion is well taken and is granted. Judgment is entered against
Quality Asbestos and in favor of Gibson in the amount of Seventy Two Thousand Two Hundred
Dollars and Zero Cents ($72,200.00) with interest at the statutory rate from January 11, 2011.
