Opposition to Defendant American Contractors Indemnity Company’s (“ACIC”) Motion for Leave
to Interplead Funds with the Court. Michigan Precision does not object to the interpleading of funds
by ACIC, but does object to: 1) the amount of the funds ACIC seeks to interplead, 2) restraint of the
parties from proceeding with their bond claims, 3) declaration that ACIC has satisfied its bond
