Nicole Moyto. Defendant, Venture Capitol Holdings LLC etc., has filed a Response requesting
that Plaintiff’s Motion be denied.
The Affidavit in question was filed in this matter on October 17, 2017. To date,
Plaintiff has not indicated the purpose of said Affidavit.
Upon due consideration, Plaintiff’s Motion is granted. The Affidavit of Nicole Moyto
filed herein on October 17, 2017 is withdrawn.
