Now comes the plaintiff, and moves this Honorable Court to extend the time to
serve the defendant as per the tracking order, for an additional 60 days, to the date of
November 27, 2020. The plaintiff for good cause hereby requests an additional 60 days
to complete service of process on the defendant.
As grounds, the plaintiff states that an original complaint was filed on or about
June 30, 2020. Due to the COVID -19 pandemic and public health crisis, it has become
exceptionally difficult to effect service of process.
Wherefore, the plaintiff requests that this Honorable Court extend the tracking
order so as to allow service of process to be made against the defendant by the date of
November 27, 2020.
